GREENS Mobile App Review
GREENS Mobile App is a free Android application developed by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The app is designed to facilitate the public's participation in the GREEN$ Electronic Participation Incentive Scheme (ePIS) through smartphones.
